HART
Smart Pressure Transmitters
The
Rosemount Model 3051T Pressure transmitter establishes a new standard
in pressure measurement technology. The state-of-the-art transmitter
features unmatched operating performance, a flexible coplanar platform
and a pathway to the future The news model 3051 performance specifications
guarantee accuracy and stability under the most demanding conditions.
The Model 3051T Gage and Absolute Pressure Transmitter combines
proven sensor and electronics technologies with a single isolator
design for absolute a d gage pressure measurements from 0.3 to 10,000
psi. The Model 3051T provides a superior alternative for measuring
absolute or gage with the rugged, reliable performance that is characteristic
of Rosemount pressure transmitters. An accuracy of +/- 0.075% Span,
rangeability of 100:1, total performance of 0.15% Span and a 5 year
Stability Guarantee are few of its salient features.

Thyristorised
Solid State Relays
Semitron
- Germany have introduced an exclusive range of Thyristorised Solid
State Relays (SSR's) from 1 Amp to 150 Amps in industry standard
design and mounting operation. The advantages of SSR's include zero
voltages turn-on, proportional control, long life high inrush current
loads microprocessor compatibles, design flexibility, fast response,
no contact, bounce etc. SEMITRON have manufactured these SSR's in
various package, styles, mounting operation under ISO 9001 Standard
and improving state-of-the-art design and manufacturing techniques.
These relays are used wherever precise, controllable, reliable application
of power is required. SEMITRON have manufactured over 1000 different
models of solid-state relays in DC to AC and AC to AC.

A
Real Big Thing in the Cable
The
most effective processing of sensor signals is done there where
they arise - as close as possible to the sensor body itself. Therefore
bursters now presents its in-line amplifier model 9235 integrated
directly in the sensor feeds strain gauge bridges with resistances
from 350 O to 1000 O and amplifies their singles to 0… 10 V. For
its own supply a voltage of in between 15 V and 30 V is necessary.
Thus, almost all sensors on strain gauge basis like load cells,
pressures transducers and torque sensors can be connected within
the wide range of 0.75 mV/V up to 2.5 mV/V. The cut-off frequency
of the amplifier is designed for 1 kHz. By means of two sub-d-plugs
the 75 g lightweight aluminium housing with its dimensions of only
62x55x16 mm can be connected at any given place within the cable.
It goes without saying that the sensor supply is short-circuit-proof
as well as the design of the amplifier supply prevents any pole
confusion so that an additional safety for its installation is given.
For OEM applications amplifier model 9235-V001 is available as an
open circuit board that can easily be installed on existing controls
panels. The technical data remains the same, only the electrical
connection is realised by means of miniature plugs for open cable
endings. Four bore-holes serve for its mechanical fixation.

Gange
Of Ball Valves
Shreeram
182-HP is a series pf high pressure Ball Valves designed to suit
wide range of applications, and pressures up to 500 Bar. The floating
ball is held between pre-compressed seat for a leak-tight fit at
both positive and negative pressures. The 182-HP features a blow-out-proof
and glandless stem with a straight lever for smooth operation and
better performance at high pressures. Gange of two valves mounted
in one plate operated by one lever provides on and off together
or one line can be off and another can be on at a time by one lever.
These valves are available in 1/8" to 2" sizes with different end
connections and materials to suit the customer's requirement. They
can also be provided with locking arrangements.

Carbon
Dioxide Sensor
The
newly developed compact TGS4160 sensor is a hybrid sensor unit composed
of carbon dioxide sensitive element and a thermistor. The CO2 sensitive
element consists of a solid electrolyte formed between two electrodes,
together with a printed heater substrate. By monitoring the change
in electromotive force (emf) generated between the two electrodes,
it is possible to measure CO2 gas concentration with high sensitivity.
The Sensor exhibits long-term stability and shows excellent durability
against the effects of high humidity and interfering gases through
the application of innovative technology in the sensor's electrode
design. The sensor is typically used as the basic sensing element
of CO2 detectors used for air quality control especially in air-conditioned
buildings and for fermentation process control. An optional microprocessor
module AM-4 can be used to evaluate working of the sensor.
