ITC Series: Industrial Temperature Calibrators
The
ITC series of JOFRA dry-block temperature calibrators include some of
the best elements from the ATC series and the CTC series. The result
is a series of calibrators that combines the demands for small physical
dimensions, ease of use, and on-site calibrations with high accuracy
and stability.

The
built-in functions make daily calibration easy and fast. Two of the
many features are:
Auto
Step: It saves manpower and time with the auto stepping function.
With the ITC calibrator in the process, the operator may stay in the
control room monitoring the sensor-under-test. The ITC calibrator will
automatically change the temperature. Up to 9 different temperature
steps may be programmed, including the hold time for each step.
Switch
Test: It saves time by using the automatic thermo switch test
to measure |Open|, |Closed|, and the hysteresis. This feature also ensures
a very high repeatability in testing thermo switches.
The
ITC series calibrators are provided with the AMECAL-Temperature software.
This Windows® based software lets the user customise the calibration
routines. The software is easy to use and features prompts, menus and
help functions that guide you through the configuration process. The
software supports automatic calibration for all JOFRA dry-block calibrators
equipped with RS-232 interface including the JOFRA DTI-1000 reference
thermometer. For semi-automatic calibrations, the software also supports
liquid baths, ice point or other dry-block heat sources. Using the scenario
function, instruments may be combined in virtually any configuration.

Connector
Unit for RJ 45 Plugs
Very
fine RJ 45 plugs can be fitted easily and cheaply when wired on site
in industrial switchgear cabinet environments using the Phoenix Contact
mini-patch field FL terminal box that clips directly onto rail connectors.
Field
cables are simply wired to consecutively numbered screw terminals. The
further connections within the switchgear cabinet to hubs or terminal
devices is achieved by short RJ 45 patch cables pre-cut to length and
stripped. The narrow patch field is 25 mm wide and is designed for CAT
5 cables (up to 100 Mbit/s). The cable’s screen connection is self-contacting
to the European standard rail connector.

Power Meter Model 2520W
MECO
has introduced an economic 3¾ digit, 4000-count Clamp-On Power Meter,
Model 2520W. This portable and compact instrument is capable of measuring
TRMS AC A, V & kW in all types of electrical networks (3f and 1f).
This
auto ranging instrument is designed to measure AC current up to 700A,
AC Voltage up to 600V & Power up to 250KW without disconnecting
the loads. Resistance, Continuity test, Data Hold, Max Functions &
Auto Power off are some of its salient features.
This
pocketsize instrument is handy for on-site measurement, energy audit,
data recording, Q.C. testing, installation, commissioning and maintenance
of the entire plant. It
is eligible for 100% depreciation as per clause III (3)(iiiB) of rule
