New Swagelok® Drainable Angle Fittings Enhance Draining, Cleaning of Biopharm Process Systems

New Swagelok 88° and 92° drainable angle fittings provide smooth flow and help you configure biopharm process systems that are easy to drain and clean.
Elbow fittings are manufactured with 88° and 92° bends; an 88° tee is also available.
Consistent tolerances, ovality, angularity, squareness, and polish finishes are ensured through statistical process control.
Available in sizes from ½ through 4 in., elbow and tee configurations are delivered with independent third-party inspection documentation to reduce time and costs related to on-site conformance inspection and validation process delays. Additional features include:

Heat traceable 316L materials marked with heat numbers, BPE specification, and internal surface finish.
Choice of Kwik-Clamp, TS series sanitary fitting clamp, automatic tube weld, and mixed end connections.
Vacuum annealed, tubular fittings to minimize the likelihood of stress corrosion cracking.

MECO Power Line Supervisor / Universal Electrical Analyzer

MECO Power Line Supervisor / Universal Electrical Analyzer SPVR-96 is a DIN-96 mounting, 96x96 sq. mm., 16 bit DSP based multifunction Single Phase and Three Phase Electrical Analyzer indicating TRMS values of all electrical parameters.
It measures 29 parameters on 27 display pages. It has a large back lit LCD display with annuciators. It has fully programmable user functions such as CT ratio, PT ratio and instrument address setting. It is equipped with a membrane key pad for scrolling through display pages and for programming the functions. It measures parameters in TRMS mode such as voltage (TRMS), current (TRMS), active power, apparent power, reactive power, power factor, energy, frequency etc..
MECO SPVR-96 is supplied with RS-485 serial communication port and with front-end Power Master Software.
The software facilitates remote monitoring, data logging & data profiling. Software has utility tools like history trend, Alarm setting for parameters (high and low limits) and excel file generation of data.
The major fields of application are power distribution switchboards, process control & SCADA, power management, plant maintenance, QC testing, energy audit, building management systems, control panels, gensets, datalogging etc.
The instrument is available for 100% depreciation as per clause III (3) (iiiB) of Rule 5 of income tax and is ideal for electrical energy management and audit.
